Monthly, every first Saturday of the month, our “Empowerment workshops” start at 11am, and include new skills training, creative writing, singing, and more.
Inner healing retreat
A healing and relaxation retreat is held annually in February.
We believe in servicing the whole person, including the spirit, soul and body person.
Complete Woman began arranging group trips within the UK, when we realised that a lot of us (mothers especially) were burnt out from caring and home keeping responsibilities without a break.
Group trips reduces the cost of accommodation and travel for us, giving most of us the chance to take a break from day to day chores. During our two nights away, the women get a chance to take part in group meditation, praying, social chats, fitness activities, or just stay in their room to rest.
“Springs Young Leaders”
Group youth activities including “Youth meetings” where participants can play table tennis, chess, quizzes, or take part in current affairs discussions (ages 11 to 19 years old).
School Holiday Children’s Camp
For ages 5 to 17 years old.
